This is a very limited edition of Johnnie Walker’s famous Blue Label Whisky. This stunning bottle was released exclusively to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to celebrate the launch of Europe’s first (and only) Johnnie Walker House. Unfortunately the Johnnie Walker Houses are closed worldwide which makes this bottle even more collectible

This whisky is captured at an usual full cask strength (55.8%). The bottle, which is named the Johnnie Walker House Blue Label Willow Schiphol Limited Edition includes an illustration by local artist Merijn Hos, which shows the iconic Striding Man of Johnnie Walker travelling from Scotland to Schiphol. Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Honey'd malt, burnt sugar, flamed orange peel brings a hint of smoke.

TASTE:
A good core of warming oak and black pepper, complemented by more citrus and a hint of juicy red berry.

FINISH:
Lingering oak-y heat.
