br/> We have taken inspiration from our family’s history to create this wine. Our two favourite varieties, Shiraz and Cabernet were blended to deliver a contemporary expression of this traditional Australian style.

Tasting Notes

A welcoming nose demonstrates vibrant notes of blackcurrant, violets, vanilla, raspberry and mint. Juicy plum and raspberry fruit are tightly woven with notes of espresso, dark chocolate, liquorice and cassis. The palate is built on chocolaty tannins providing a well rounded, lingering finish. Perfect drinking now or you could cellar in the short term.
