This is a white wine of the highest level with a great capacity for ageing: Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Clos du Cailleret presents itself to the eye with a pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights: the nose expresses fruity aromas of rennet apple, plum and a hint of ginger with a bouquet of fresh flowers and freshly cut grass, then yellow plum and a touch of ginger. The sip is balanced between body and freshness, with great momentum and vitality. A real treasure to treasure in the cellar.
