Champagne Jacquart has a sophisticated house style which is dry, textured and balanced. It is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to fine hors-d’oeuvres. The Brut Mosaique, Champagne Jacquart’s non-vintage release in its house style, is a pale yellow colour with tints of white gold and a stream of fine bubbles.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Fresh and delicate, with notes of white fruits, pear and peach, fresh apricot and white flowers with roses. Dried fruit aromas reveal it is starting to mature.

TASTE:
Lush, generous and creamy. Beautiful exuberance driven by white fruits and lemon zest notes on the finish.
