Wines J. Moreau & Fils Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon are part of a rich and diverse range of the winery J. Moreau & Fils. Founded in 1814, this wine faithful family produces the best wines of Pays d'Oc. Despite the difficult situation and difficult to use terroirs, wine quality is constantly maintained at a high level, especially through the rigorous and careful cultivation of flooding.

WINEMAKING:
After a first selection of choice, the grapes are pressed gently. The juice obtained from pressing is then deposited in tanks before the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Before aging, the wine is the first of sulfur. The wine is aged in stainless steel barrels with controlled temperature. This can take 10 to 14 months to achieve the desired results.
