J.J Whitley follows a tradition born of eight generations of gin makers to a recipe using eight botanicals, including juniper, coriander, liquorice and sweet citrus peel. Crafted in a copper pot still, Blended with 8 botanicals, Distilling gin for 8 generations

Tasting Notes

It has juniper to start on the Nose then a strong herbaceous punch from the nettles. Notes of citrus and coriander are bound by a delicate sweetness.
