Purchase of 228-litre wine barrels at the famous Hospices de Nuits wine sale on the 3rd Sunday in March. This place called "Les Didiers" is a monopoly of the Domaine des Hospices de Nuits of 2.5 hectares, adjacent to Saint Georges. Every year, since the 2005 vintage, we buy pieces of this great cuvée which gives concentrated, colored wines, combining finesse of tannins and length in the mouth, on small black fruits and slightly taostated notes.
