Established in 2019, Holyrood Distillery crafted "Arrival" to showcase their initial journey into whisky-making, emphasizing progression, innovation, and experimentation.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Dried fruits, tropical fruits, raisins, a hint of butterscotch, freshly baked cake, sticky toffee pudding, soft leather, and biscuits.

TASTE:
Toffee, caramel, vanilla, digestive biscuits, ginger spice, butterscotch, a slight savory salinity, and raisins.

FINISH:
Long-lasting, mouth-watering, juicy, sweet spice, delicate, fruity, with notes of apple pie and red fruit.
