The Highland Park 1973 "The Dragon" is a rare and esteemed single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1973 at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney Islands. This expression was bottled in the early 1990s by S. & J.D. Robertson Group Ltd., a local Orcadian company, under the "The Dragon" series.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Very oily, creamy, with notes of liquorice, tobacco, dried fruits, and a hint of leather. The sherry wood influence imparts aromas of toffee, chocolate, and spices.

TASTE:
Smooth and rich, featuring a caramel texture that coats the tongue.

FINISH:
