Single vineyard wine from Famille Bourgeois, "Les Côtes aux Valets" comes from the best chalky clay plot of the Estate. The vineyard was planted in 1986 on the chalky-clay soil of « Bannon » located south of Sancerre in the village of Vinon. The grapes are exclusively sourced from this plot of 1ha 06.

Tasting Notes

Dry, acidic, citrus notes, light whitecurrant notes, mineral notes, minerally, hint of herb.
