Description

The Hazelburn 13-Year-Old 2007 Limited Edition is a distinguished single malt whisky produced at the Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. Distilled in June 2007 and bottled in April 2021, this expression was crafted from a combination of 75% ex-bourbon casks and 25% ex-sherry casks, resulting in a harmonious balance of flavors. The release was limited to 6,300 bottles, each bottled at an ABV of 48.6%.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Chocolate digestives, orange zest, and honeydew melon, with creamy vanilla and a hint of anise.

TASTE:
Sultana and malt loaf, followed by honey and juicy peach notes, with anise and a touch of cut grass.

FINISH:
Vanilla pod, softly toasted teacakes with butter, and green apple.
