Description

The flavor of this one was a lot more subtle then that of other Quads. The yeasty maltiness was upfront, but some of the fruity characteristics seems to be lost in the sweetness that is present. The sweetness of the beer is not overpowering, it plays really well with the malt and yeast flavors that are present. The bitterness of the alcohol also does a nice job of cutting down the sweetness of the beer. It helps it all blend together for a decent and more easy drinking quad.
