Tasting Notes

Nose is fully wide with black pepper, leather, blackberry, strawberry, casis, earthy tones and animal notes. Large body with high acid large tannins are round and balance nicely with palate. sour berries, dark chocolate, lime, peppery spices, herbs on the palate. Finish is prolonging with palate flavors nicely till next sip.
