Mount Herman Indigo is produced from the two classic varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The grapes were grown in our vineyards on the Golan Heights, in the cold climate and high altitude that are unique to the region.

Tasting Notes

Blending the red Cabernet with its classic fruit and backbone, with the bolder yet softer purple Syrah, gives a lush and friendly wine featuring ripe, full flavors and beautiful indigo color.
