Description

First, it is matured for 10 years in Bourbon cask casks, and then in truffle oak casks made from the outstanding Black Forest oak. Truffle Oak Reserve skillfully balances the typical notes of Glenmorangie fruit with a nutty, truffle depth. Each of the 1,000 limited edition bottles is numbered and made by Dr. Bill Lumsden (THE "Whiskey Maker" from Glenmorangie) signed by hand.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Whisky pure gold.

NOSE:
The aroma of whiskey - deep, with notes of earth, bright hues of malt and hops, the nuances of vanilla biscuit and nut toffee.

TASTE:
The taste of whiskey - rich, "peasant", with notes of walnut toffee, sweet barley malt, ginger, cinnamon, molasses. Bunch added to the base, well recognizable tones distillery Glenmorangie - peach, orange and smoked pears. The finish is long, enveloping.

GASTRONOMY:
