On the palate, this whisky is silky smooth and full-bodied, with a harmonious balance of rich sherry and sweet malt. The dark fruit notes—cherry, blackberry, and sultanas—are perfectly complemented by the spices of cinnamon, cloves, and a delicate hint of nutmeg. Vanilla, honey, and caramel add a lovely sweetness, while the influence of the oak cask introduces flavors of toasted nuts and dark chocolate, along with a touch of leather and tobacco.

FINISH:
The finish is exceptionally long, smooth, and warming, with lingering flavors of oak spice, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a gentle hint of spice. The cask maturation leaves a rich aftertaste, with a touch of smoky warmth and a subtle hint of coffee.
