Tasting Notes

NOSE:
The whisky opens with aromas of brown sugar, maple syrup, raisins, and a hint of apple cider. Subtle notes of cinnamon and orange peel add depth to the nose.

TASTE:
On the palate, it offers a rich and creamy mouthfeel with flavors of creamed caramels, maple candies, pecans, raisins, walnuts, and a touch of cherry cola.

FINISH:
The finish is medium-long, with warming cinnamon spice cookies, caramel, cedar, and almonds lingering on the palate.
