This expression was matured exclusively in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, yielding 701 bottles at a cask strength of 52.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Soft Pedro Ximénez notes with underlying figs, complemented by a complex bouquet of coffee, ginger, nutmeg, dried leaves, and cola.
TASTE: Rich flavors of dark chocolate, raisin, ginger, tobacco, and nutmeg, with a touch of umami.
FINISH: Dry and spicy, with lingering notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, and oak.
