Distilled on June 19, 2006, this expression was matured in a single Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry hogshead (Cask #6601) for 13 years before being bottled in March 2020. Bottled at a robust cask strength of 60.5% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and retains its natural color, exemplifying the distillery's commitment to quality and authenticity.
