Gin Del Professore Monsieur is the richer Gin of the range, with classic notes of juniper and citrus.
Monsieur is completely different to any other gin on the market, with intense notes of juniper and an incredible, highly spiced, aromatic profile with notes of cardamom, lavander, camomile and orange. There is a lovely natural sweetness present from the infusion of sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla which give the gin a delicious softness and round mouthfeel.

HISTORY:
Gin del Professore is a collaboration between Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome.
The Madame gin has extra layers of sweetness from cinnamon, vanilla and wild rose.
The Monsieur gin is the richer of the range, with classic notes of juniper and citrus.
