Tasting Notes
NOSE: Kaffir lime and lemon zest, peppercorn, plenty of juniper and big wafts of forest air in the Summer.
TASTE: Wonderfully creamy. Notes of bruised mint leaf, vanilla pod and fresh, spicy pine.
FINISH: Long and warming, with a very yummy hint of ice cream right at the end.
OVERALL: This gin shouts "fresh" in size 72 font, but within you'll find complex, earthy touches which round it out nicely.fades into a Finish that is a touch butter and oak. Quite interesting, and although not as powerful as other aged gins, it was worth sipping on its own.
