Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Crumbly oat cakes, brown sugar, cinnamon gum and honey.

TASTE:
Baked fruit (think apples, plums and raspberries) with fresh gingerbread notes developing later on.

FINISH:
Yet more raspberry alongside earthy vanilla.
