Tasting Notes

The Stirlings excels in quality of fruit as well as varietal and regional expression. This elegant Cab Shiraz displays a dark crimson hue, with appealing aromas of blackberries, dark plums and spice flowing off the scintillating nose. The palate is intense and mouth-coating, making this a wine presenting excellent texture, long crafted tannins and purity of fruit characters. Suggested food matches for this wonderful red blend include roasted duck, mature cheeses or Osso Bucco.
