Description

Emilio Moro Finca Resalso is a young red wine produced by the Emilio Moro winery in Ribera del Duero. The winery is located in Pesquera de Duero (Valladolid).

Emilio Moro Finca Resalso is a varietal Tinta del País (Tempranillo). The grapes come from selected strains of between 5 and 15 years old from Resalso Finca, a vineyard planted in 1932, the year in which Emilio Moro was born.
For its preparation, Finca Resalso is aged for four months in French and American oak.

Tasting Notes

Inky dark center with a bright garnet rim. Dark fruit, chocolate nose. Distinct oak notes. Baked goods aroma. Very smooth, full-bodied. Good acid and tannin structure. Rich dark cherry flavor, blackberries. Oaky. Some smoke.
