Description

El Perro Verde is a white wine from Rueda developed by Angel Lorenzo and his son Javier Cachazo in collaboration with Vila Viniteca. This is one of the Uvas Felices projects. This wine is a varietal Verdejo.

This wine comes from grapes from Rodillana, Bobadilla del Campo and "El Sotillo", located in the province of Valladolid. A quarter of the clusters come from each of the first two vinyards and the remaining half from the latter.

Tasting Notes

Intense on the nose with an explosion of peach, passion fruit, and freshness at the end. On the palate is unctuous and balanced with a good mid-palate. Well-structured with volume and fresh character. Ideal for fish, seafood, and as an aperitif.
