Description

Made with traditional Provencal varietals, the rosés of Domaine Saint Andrew are distinguished by a very pure fruit, a fullness and vivacity without being heavy, bringing a refreshing coolness. The typical Provençal grape varieties of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle give this rosé a pretty pale pink colour and a delicate nose of citrus fruits. The round and gourmet palate reveals a palate of passion fruit and citrus fruits. Ample and refined finish.

Tasting Notes

Inky dark purple color. Ripe and floral nose, dark berries, kirsch and cassis with fresh herbs, bay leaf and sage. Young and dense structure with plenty of dark fruit, some liquorice, coffee bean and roasted notes. Youthful but fairly rounded tannin, fresh acidity underneath, juicy dark fruit and a long spicy finish.
