Description

Surprisingly clear bouquet, sweetish, with notes of violets, red currant, lemon, unripe strawberry. Balanced and clean, pleasant to perceive. When heated slightly, a slight hint of bubble gum comes out, but even this does not spoil a good first impression. In the mouth, a bit more fierce, delicate sweetness is sharply countered by a clear acidity, which ultimately dominates our tongue. The medium-weight body carries the flavour of lemon and wild strawberries, finishing with a slightly peppery accent and a pinch of bitterness.
