Description
Domaine de la Renardiere, "Les Terrasses" - a very fresh wine with an unusual, exciting aroma. The wine is made from the Savanin grape variety, which is grown in the Arbois Puppillin appellation on blue marl soils. Harvested by hand from 20-year-old vines. The berries are sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation with natural yeast takes place in old large oak barrels (228-400 liters). Also conducted malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels lasts 12 months, after bottling the wine matures in bottles for 3-6 months. The storage capacity of "Le Terrace" is 3-4 years. More: https://winestyleonline.com
