Description

Cultivated organically, the Chardonnay grapes used for this cuvée enjoy an ideal location on a south-east-facing slope. To make it, the domain vinified and aged the wine in used oak casks and demi-muids for a year and a half.

Tasting Notes

This cuvée is marked by subtly exotic notes and hints of its maturation (vanilla, gentle spices). Dense, ample,a nd unctuous, the palate is lifted by a nice minerality. We recommend waiting for at least five years before uncorking this cuvée in order to fully enjoy it.

Pike dumplings, Scallops with white butter sauce, Salmon steak with coconut milk and roasted zucchini.
