Daviess County Cabernet Sauvignon Finish begins with a carefully selected blend of high-quality corn, rye, and malted barley, distilled and aged to perfection in new charred oak barrels. After reaching maturity, the bourbon undergoes a secondary maturation process in casks previously used to age Cabernet Sauvignon wine. This finishing period allows the bourbon to absorb the unique flavors and aromas of the wine, resulting in a harmonious marriage of bourbon and wine characteristics.
