Description

The Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine appellation is part of the Loire Valley region of France, from which Domaine Bonnet Huteau is born with its 6 vintages. Spread over 70 000 hectares, this region produces 4 million hectoliters / year.

Tasting Notes

This cuvée has a lovely straw yellow color, with aromas reminiscent of liquorice and figs. A slight spritz on the Taste is accompanied by a further evolution of fresh citrus, green apple, and lime blossom as well as soft, round texture from lees aging. Finishes with crisp precision and charming length.

Foie gras, raw fish, grilled fish, fish in sauce, white meat and ripened cheese.
