Tasting Notes

This is clear in color with a generally neutral aroma, but the palate is surprisingly full of anise flavor. It's almost like a light gin, with grapefruit peel, coriander and ginger on the Finish. Smooth and silky on the palate, it's distilled from organic American grain. USDA certified organic.
