Description

Selection of vineyards cultivated in goblet and with an average age of more than 30 years. Manual, on trailers. In stainless steel tanks. After fermenting at a controlled temperature of 30 °C, it is macerated for about 10 days. 24 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by another 36 months of refinement in the bottle.

Tasting Notes

The most classic style of Rioja, a faithful reflection of the tradition of long aging in barrels and in the bottle. A velvety, spicy and very elegant red, with intense aromas of ripe fruit and cedar wood. A wine to discover Rioja in all its magnitude, a great accompaniment to any conversation and company.
