Outstanding. Deep ruby colour. Complex flavours of plum, blackberries, roasted herbs, spices, pistachio, cocoa, minerality. Hints of vanilla and a savory feeling. Fully bodied with an outstanding smoothness on the the mid-palate, with a firm, fine-grained tannic finish. Very long. Excellent freshness. This seems still young and dynamic, with no real sign of ageing. Drinking very well now after 1 hour decant. Good for another 10 years.
