Serving Suggestion - Serve chilled (6-8°c) This sparkling wine is made in the traditional method, in the same way as Champagne, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This gives the wine depth of flavour, elegance and long-lasting, fine bubbles. Codorniu Rosado is made from a special blend of the classic cava red grapes: Monastrell, Garnacha and Trepat. Codorniu Raventós has been making wine since 1551 and have been Cava pioneers since 1872.
