Made from select Normandy apples, this Calvados is aged for 10 years, with a portion of the maturation process occurring in ex-Caroni rum barrels. The distinctive influence of the rum barrels imparts deep, dark flavors of molasses, spices, and tropical fruit, adding to the classic apple and vanilla flavors of the Calvados.
