Description

The fruit is hand-picked separately by plot and by varietal. Skin-contact maceration in pneumatic tanks for about 18 hours, which produces about 80% of gravity-fed free-run juice. The remaining 20% are obtained by pneumatic pressing.

Tasting Notes

Yellow pale and brilliant robe. Fine nose, based on citrus and grapefruits aromas, with some hints of white fruits. In mouth, a beautiful balance is reached between acidity and roundedness. Citrus flavors are completed with some notes of exotic fruits (mango). Discreet woody aromas are well integrated.Ready today to be enjoyed, at the aperitif, with sea food, roasted fishes and fruity Comté.
