An aged edition of Williams Chase Sloe & Mulberry Gin. They make this using their GB Gin along with Herefordshire sloe berries and mulberries, and is aged in oak casks for a year before bottling.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Sweet notes of ripe blackcurrants, redcurrants, stone fruit and rich botanical complexity.

TASTE:
Smooth and rich mouth-feel with warm rich cassis and plummy stone fruit. Sweet and fresh, balanced with a touch of tartness. Gloriously warming!

FINISH:
A long Finish, with subtle oaky undertones
