On the palate, Cuvée Especial is rich yet vibrant, with a creamy texture from time spent on lees. The acidity is bright and lively, balancing the richness of the palate. Flavors of ripe pear, nectarine, and tropical fruits such as pineapple are complemented by delicate spice, almond, and a touch of saline minerality. The wine’s complexity unfolds beautifully, with layered flavors that evolve over time in the glass.
FINISH:
The finish is long and persistent, with lingering notes of citrus, peach, and a refined, mineral-driven salinity, leaving a smooth, satisfying mouthfeel.
