Description

After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel there is a period of maceration on the skins. The malolactic fermentation that follows takes place in cement tanks. The wine then ages in 54 hl barrels of Slavonian oak.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red. Strong notes of cherry with floral accents. On the palate, full fruit and pleasant freshness. Tannins are supported by a lovely freshness and full fruit. Tannins are felt but not aggressive.
