Description

La Petite Agnès is fermented in 8,500 litre stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC. Full maceration with the skins lasts some 7 days. By practicing these techniques a fresh wine is obtained, with little extraction and with fruity aromas. Lastly it is aged for 4 months in first and second year French oak barrels.
La Petite Agnès is a red wine with the coupage of Grenache and Cariñena, typical of the Priorat. It is noted for being a fresh and fruity wine with touches of its barrel ageing. A wine suitable for accompanying on a wide range of occasions.
