The grapes for Butcher's Cut Premium are harvested from fields in Mendoza, where the climate is especially favourable for wine growing. The difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures gives the grapes an intensity and nerve. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery where they are vinified according to traditional methods.
