Distilled in 1978 and bottled in 2019, this expression is part of the revered Silvano's Collection by Masam, an independent bottling company managed by Maryse Accorsi Samaroli, the widow of the legendary Silvano Samaroli.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Initial aromas of hay, flint, and light cigar ash, complemented by unripe bananas and an oily, savory character. Over time, notes of dried mangoes and pink salt emerge.

TASTE:
Rich oiliness with flavors reminiscent of salted fish, white pepper, and olives, with subtle hints of starfruit in the background.

FINISH:
The oily texture persists, accompanied by savory notes and a touch of lemon zest, providing a tapas-like experience that prepares the palate.
