Description

"Babylone" - an unusual ale in the style of the Belgian IPA. The Brewers were inspired by the recipes of beer from ancient Babylon. A portion of fresh bread went to the boiling pot to the frothy drink, giving it a pleasant crispy-toffee shade. Generous dry hopping with the Chinook variety gave a strong bitterness to 55 IBU, making this ale one of the most hopy in the Brussels Beer Project assortment. Beer "Babylon" is optimally combined with savory and hearty dishes, it can be served with traditional snacks.
