Tasting Notes

Sweet Granny Smith apple nose. The palate has great depth and weight, a silky texture, refreshing acidity and a spicy, herbal and appley core. A phenolic pucker provides added texture while interposing the luxuriously long finish. Polished winemaking and unbeatable value. Clearly youthful but already so striking!
