This particular expression combines pink grapefruit with rosemary, and the fragrant herb alongside bittersweet citrus is something of a match made in heaven for a refreshing summery serve. As for the garnish, we reckon either a good wedge of pink grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary - or both!
