Tasting Notes

NOSE: Rich and fruity, featuring juicy raisins, damson plums, and mixed berry jams such as blueberry, redcurrant, and raspberry. Complemented by elegant sherry influences, including leather and nuts, with a touch of cinnamon and polished oak.
TASTE: A harmonious blend of oranges, cherries, and hints of pink grapefruit. The tropical fruitiness is present but subtly integrated with sherry notes. Accents of toasted oak, coffee, herbs, Christmas cake, and dark chocolate add depth.
FINISH: Balanced and enduring, with a pleasant interplay between dried fruits and oak spices.
