Description

Aromas of spice, tobacco, candies nuts and dried fruit. Creamy soft fruit with very dense sweet extract and acidity.
The wines are vinified in a cellar, which was beaten in the slate of Assmannshäuser Höllenberg in 1792. In order to transport the terroir of the grapes into each individual bottle, the white grapes are fermented and removed after being pressed gently in stainless steel.
