Champagne is made of a balanced mix of wines from different years of the three grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier harvested in years of outstanding vintages from the Premier Cru vineyards class and Grand Cru, located in the prestigious terroirs: Montagne de Reims, Cote des Blancs and Vallee de la Marne. Champagne is created entirely by hand at all stages of production, made exclusively with traditional methods.
