Description

Ampelidae's Cabernet Franc is marked by their refinement and identity. This wines takes its name from the better Vienne’s cru.

The soil is farmed organically without the use of insecticides or herbicides. Any fertilizer used is organic. The grapes are picked by hand. ECOCERT controle all over the process. Total steemless, the berries are macerated in tank from 4 to 7 days at winery's temperature. Partial treading. Quick and hot fermentation follows.

Tasting Notes

Marigny-Neuf Cabernet is the most appreciate for its originality. Endowed with its red fruit which is perfectly ripe but still with a fresh accent, it is underlined by a delicate oaky touch. In the mouth, you are bombarded with a massive tannins that are superbly supple and soft which lead on to a very elegant finish.
